What is Vision Therapy?

Vision therapy is a personalized program of exercises that train visual skills and improve eye–brain coordination for both children and adults.

It is more than just checking whether someone needs glasses—it also evaluates how the eyes work together and communicate with the brain to support learning, development, comfort, and performance.

Through customized eye exercises and activities, vision therapy helps strengthen visual skills like tracking, focusing, and coordination.
